Please DON'T send the same email to multiple addresses, these emails will get marked as spam, and your email address will get quarantined.

 

Keep in mind that I don't speak Chinese, German, Ukrainian or Norwegian. English is the best choice (I don't mind auto-translated emails).

 

I normally answer a few hundred messages per month; it's a lot, and I have a long backlog. I prioritize the following mail:

  1. Order processing and app activation issues
  2. Messages from the Friends Club users
  3. Messages from the other paid users
  4. Support requests
  5. Bug reports (when the reported issue is a bug and not an intended behavior)
  6. Feature requests

I'm trying to answer other emails too when I have time.

 

I rarely check my Twitter and Reddit DMs, email is the surest way to reach me.
