Please DON'T send the same email to multiple addresses, these emails will get marked as spam, and your email address will get quarantined.
Keep in mind that I don't speak Chinese, German, Ukrainian or Norwegian. English is the best choice (I don't mind auto-translated emails).
I normally answer a few hundred messages per month; it's a lot, and sometimes it takes me 2–4 weeks to get back to you. I prioritize the following mail:
1. Messages from the Friends Club users
2. Messages from the users with Basic license
3. Bug reports (when the reported issue is a bug and not an intended behavior)
4. Support requests
I'm trying to answer other emails too when I have time.
I rarely check my Twitter and Reddit DMs, email is the surest way to reach me.
